You would expect anyone who falls from a height of 10,000 feet to see their life flash before their eyes during the descent, but for teenager, Juliane Koepcke, this was not the case. As she plummeted towards the jungle terrain below, everything went black.

Juliane was completely at the mercy of a ferocious storm, which was, in fact, responsible for putting her in that position in the first place. She miraculously managed to survive the fall and when she regained consciousness, her first thought was to find her mother. This had not been part of her travel itinerary until now.
